Our name came to our founder one fateful day while passing a tattoo parlor on a street car in Munich.
He sped by the spot so quickly, he misread the sign as Blackribbit and was instantly swimming through a sea of mesmerizing tree frogs.
The experience led him through a world of symbolism revealing the frog’s capacity for empathy and compassion, transformation, and the wisdom to empower oneself.
The visions resonated so deeply with Nader, it was star-felt to name his shop the same. These qualities also happen to be carried through his collaborations with others and his environment, and as a team we hold these attributes close to our hearts, it’s honestly overwhelming and we love it.
In 2019, Blackribbit was launched, and the happy little tree frog aptly named Kismet was born.
Today, Blackribbit is a specialized culture brand strategy design and activation agency with a vision to change society’s relationship with the workplace, and to improve the employee/employer dynamic.
