Smooth Limousine has succeeded for a long time through nearly only a traditional, word-of-mouth marketing model. With the shift of app-driven car services and the customer need to centralize booking processes on mobile devices, Smooth Limousine was ready to take their business digital. As such, they came to us to launch a brand discovery phase to concentrate on expanding and repositioning their brand online and digitally to target the hotel industry and tourism.
We established their brand strategy, go-to-market brand identity, and launched a promotional website with the intention of raising awareness, simplifying contact and offering easy-to-use, intuitive booking processes.
Our goals began with introducing Smooth Limousine as the go-to-source for private car services underscoring the brand’s culture of accessibility, comfort, quality and top-shelf customer service. We focused on driving their story as a true native, San Francisco Bay Area service provider, and making "reliable, luxurious rides” synonymous with Smooth Limousine for various clientele, especially those seeking comfort, privacy and elegance.
We designed a very simple, elegant and easy-to-use website with a built-in booking system to reflect the core messaging, "Get where you’re going easily—elegant, chauffeured rides without hassles or concerns."
