Reclaimed Being was in need of an agency to launch a fresh look and feel for their business in only a few months. Though the market is fairly saturated, the competition appeared to be either dated, noisy, unclear or scammy. This provided the opportunity to create an environment seamlessly merging the founder’s philosophies of holistic wellness with modern accessibility.

Blackribbit was hired to engage pre-existing customers and to reach an entirely new clientele through differentiating the brand by focusing on an engaging message, an approachable visual identity and a simple user experience.
Solution
We began by exploring the brand’s core values, mission, and positioning. To understand his philosophies and approach to therapeutic massage in addition to gaining insight into the customer demographic, our process included interviews and collaboration with Reclaimed Being’s founder, LMT Chris Minehan. We discovered the unique element in Chris’s approach is the quality to empower his customers to think about and to be honest with themselves and their needs, and to promote self love, awareness and care.

With this discovery we created a beautiful and approachable brand voice and identity focusing on story and philosophy. We reached the target audience through various traditional and digital channels by always maintaining the brand’s position of self-love, using the the final mantra, “Be faithful to yourself.”
